The Tasty Truth About Banapple

The Tasty Truth About Banapple

If there’s one thing Banapple consistently delivers—aside from the heavenly smell of baked goods—it’s a cozy, feel-good atmosphere. Stepping into this branch felt like a warm hug, just like every other Banapple location I’ve visited. The ambiance was inviting, clean, and full of charm. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer and maybe even order dessert… twice.

The portions? Generous! Perfect for sharing (or not, we don’t judge). Each dish was plated with care, and you could tell they didn’t skimp on ingredients. While the prices are on the higher end (around ₱400–₱500 per dish), it was absolutely worth every peso. You’re not just paying for food—you’re paying for flavor, fullness, and a well-rounded dining experience.

Here’s what we ordered:

  • Bacon Fried Chicken Steaks with Milk’shroom Gravy – Crispy, juicy, and drenched in rich, creamy mushroom gravy. A comfort food classic with a bacon-y twist.

  • Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Parsley Cream Sauce – Tender, golden-fried chicken paired with a velvety parsley cream sauce. Subtle, but satisfying.

  • Breaded Fillet of Cream Dory with Honey Thyme Mustard Sauce – Light yet flavorful, with just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The honey thyme mustard sauce is a scene-stealer!

Each plate came with garlic rice and a generous serving of sweet corn on the side—hearty, homey, and guaranteed to fill you up.

Final Verdict:

Banapple is still as delightful as ever. While it may not be the cheapest spot in town, it certainly earns its keep with top-notch quality, ambiance, and service. Whether you’re catching up with friends or indulging in a solo comfort meal, it’s a place you’ll want to keep coming back to.
